Programme Implementation

The organisation implements various programmes in the area of Watershed Development, Organic Farming, Tribal Development, Livelihood Promotion  etc which are aimed at sustainable development. Some of the Major Field Based Implementation work undertaken by us are as follows:-

2 Tribal Rights and Entitlements for NREGP DFID-PACS 2012 to 2014 Districts Mandla, Dindori and Jabalpur. 612 Household received benefits under NREGA.
3 Establishment of enterprises through skill building. District Rural Development Agency 2007 to 2009 Mandla, Betul, Sidhi, Narsignpur, Harda, Kawardha, Umaria ,Seoni and Panna, Nearly 86 small enterprises are set up and running successfully on different trades.
4 Integrated Watershed Management Programme  (IWMP) Rajiv Gandhi Watershed Mission 2012 to till date Chattarpur 3 check dams are constructed.
5 Integrated Micro Watershed Programme NREGP Parishad Bhopal 2012 to 2017 Betul and Mandla 5 check dams/stop dams were constructed.
6 Formation and Strengthening of SHGs NABARD 2012 to 2013 Nalanda 74 SHGs and 2 federations were formed and 344 women were provided soft loan to start small enterprises.
7 Remodeling of Agriculture practices Australian High Commission 2011to 2012 Chattarpur 18 small farmers increased their harvest to 300kg to 360 kg of grain in the operational areas. The daily supply of grain and vegetable increased from 230gm to 270gm for balancing the undernourishment.
8 Agriculture and livelihood development through people’s organization Rio Tinto 2010 to 2014 Chattarpur 167 small farmers increased their harvest 300kg to 360kg grain in the operational areas. The daily supply of grain and vegetable increased from 230gm to 270gm for balancing the undernourishment.
9 Augmentation of water through watershed  dev. Rio Tinto, 2013 to 2014 Chattarpur 17 ponds, 2 wells are constructed in 12 villages.
10 Bio gas promotion and Low cost community led sanitation promotion CAPART 2003 to 2006 Narsignpur 85 biogas and 85 vermi compost were constructed.
11 Biodiversity conservation awareness programme EFCO, MP 2006to 2007 Mandla 5 villages were covered and 180 Household were mobilized for biodiversity conservation. Biodiversity mapping was done in these 5 villages.
12 Total Sanitation Campaign PHE department 2007 to 2009 Mandla 1400 HHs toilets are constructed in different villages.
13 Smokeless Chula construction RGWSM 2008 to 2009 Mandla 110 smokeless chula’s were constructed in 16 villages.
14 Promotion and construction of low cost vermi and NADEP. Horticulture dept. 2006 to 2013 Mandla 1811 NADEP and 1143 Vermi compost pits were constructed to decompose dry and wet wastes.

17 Buffalo Distribution (Dairy) Hans Foundation 2014 to 2015 Mandla 100 Buffaloes had been distributed among the Project villages for promotionof Dairy as a source of Livelihood.
